Dr. Glenn E. Boyd

A resident of Sugar Land, Texas in the U.S., Glenn has been preparing for or practicing as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for almost 50 years. He estimates that he has logged more than 55,000 hours of practitioner experience. He served on the faculties of Our Lady of the Lake University-Houston and the Houston Galveston Institute for many years. Most recently he taught a Pre-Practicum course for OLLU in the Spring of 2022. He now practices virtually in a home office after closing a busy practice in Stafford, Texas in December of 2019.

Dr. Catherine King

Catherine (Cathy) King, Ph.D., LMFT, LPC is a supervisor for both Licensed Marriage and Family

Therapists and Licensed Professional Counselors in Texas. Cathy is an adjunct at Our Lady of the

Lake University, Houston, and faculty member for Houston Galveston Institute. Currently, Cathy

has a private practice in Houston working with adolescents, individuals, and families. Cathy is

passionate about working with individuals in the therapy setting, supervising new clinicians,

teaching master’s level students, research, and training.
